Have y'all been praying because wow. We are seeing so many miracles everyday here in Salem and I just feel the power of prayer behind it all. So. Yeah Tuesday I got to go on exchanges with Sister Chamberlin. Wow what a babe. She is so great. We have alot of fun together and I learned so much from her. We went to a further out part of our area that gets kind of neglected and wound up getting way lost. Blew alot of miles on the deal, 122 to be exact, but guys, I FOUND SHEEP. So naturally I went up and asked the owner if she wanted to learn about the true restored gospel. I got shut down. But she was nice and we talked about sheep for a little bit. We made alot of contacts that day and Sister Chamberlin is a confident Samoan queen so I learned so much. Wednesday was more than I deserved. I didn't plan on doing anything because I was depressed about being so old. 21. It all goes downhill from here. But anyway it was actually way fun. Thank you all for the cards and packages sent my way! Just so we are clear I cry tears of gratitude for like every card/package I get. I'm a baby and I dont deserve all you wonderful humans. We got to do bishops storehouse and that was a blast as always. Then brother stowbridge took us out of ice cream. Then we tracted for a while. We met this nice 17 year old who does ballroom. He seemed chill and I was pumped to talk about dance cause I miss it so much, and obviously convert him to the gospel, but he stood us up for our return apt. But a little blessing to meet him. Then we went to sister Sotos house. She made me multiple gallons, I'm not kidding, of (virgin) piña coladas. My favorite. And then they surprised me with a chocolate chocolate cake and decorations and omg you guess it. I cried for that too. Soto, Eddie, and Ana treat me like their own and I LOVE them. Gosh. Oh and on my birthday I wore pants! What a historic moment how could i almost forget. My respects to the first presidency for making this possible ;) Thursday....oh yeah! We had interviews with our mission president and district council. So grateful for my fellow missionaries. I just love them. And my mission President. He's great. We got to hang out with Shirley. She's so funny and has so many questions about Jesus and the gospel. We are going to start teaching her so that'll be super fun! And we ended the day with the Duttons. Learned alot as always. Love them. Friday was good we had weekly planning and we had a really awesome lesson with Maggie. Her husband passed away this last year and he was a member. She never got baptized but has a strong testimony and is just so wonderful. We usually study from the come follow me manual with her but we ended up mostly talking about eternal marriage and how her and her late husband Michael can get sealed for all time and eternity. The spirit was so strong and leading the conversation. I just know that she needs to get baptized and into the temple to feel peace about Michael. The temple is where we are closest to God and those we love who have passed. It's really an honor to feel their presence there. I want that for Maggie so bad. I know God does too. Saturday was a chiller day. We got to meet with Khloié and Sister Blais and her daughter Tavree, who is their age, joined us. It was a good lesson. And ahhh! They all came to church! So yesterday with the help of Sister Guy and Sister Blais we got Khloié, Ayesha, Liberty, and Khloié's boyfriend Kevin to church. They say they are planning on next week and I cant wait to teach them more! They are on the right path! Keep praying for our girls. They are angels and they need this gospel in their lives. I mean everyone does. :) This week has been great. I have been mainly just so full of gratitude towards my Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ. For the chance I have to serve them everyday. For them putting me in Salem and preparing hearts for us to teach. For giving me all the wonderful people in my life, here and at home. It strengthens my testimony so much every time I simply count my blessings. It blows my mind everyday the things I learn about the gospel. I am most grateful for having the knowledge I have. Its priceless. I was lucky enough to be raised to know the simple truths Heavenly Father wants us all to know and have in our lives. I just never have to wonder because through the scriptures, Book of Mormon, Prophets, and prayer God answers all of my questions and calms all of my fears. It's so cool that we can all feel this individual and never ending love of God. I'm not crying, you're crying.... Thanks again for all the birthday wishes, love prayers and goodies sent my way. Also, mom, dad, if you ever worry about me not being loved, please refer to the photo of Sister Soto squeezing and kissing my cheeks:) Have the best week! Kloveyoubye, Sister Fisher
